pay $16 - $20 per hour schedule: Monday to Friday

Full-time: 40h 

(A higher salary in our range depends on EXPERIENCE and whether the employee can drive landscaping trucks with or without trailers)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and care for landscapes, gardens, and grounds

• Perform tree care tasks such as pruning and trimming

• Mow and edge lawns using power tools

• Operate and maintain various power tools and equipment

• Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees according to design plans

• Perform general groundskeeping duties such as weeding, mulching, and watering

• Use hand tools to perform tasks such as raking, shoveling, and digging
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred

• Knowledge of different plants, trees, and flowers is a plus

• Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently

• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions

•  Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

• Time management skills to complete tasks within deadlines

Job Title: Commission-Only Sales Agent

Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented commission-only sales agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and closing new sales, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, and achieving your individual sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect for and generate new leads

• Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities

• Develop and deliver presentations to potential customers

• Negotiate  and close sales

• Build and maintain relationships with customers

• Provide excellent customer service

• Track and report on sales performance

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in commission-only sales

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Excellent  communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  
  

Compensation:

This is a commission-only position. You will be paid a 100% percentage first month annual contract sales you close.
